Processing Time

All Lumara Lotus products are freshly prepared in small batches.

• Processing Time: 2–4 business days

• During high-volume periods (holidays, sales, restocks), processing may extend to 5–7 business days.

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and chosen shipping method.

Standard Shipping (U.S.):

• Delivery: 3–7 business days after processing

Expedited Shipping (U.S.):

• Delivery: 1–3 business days after processing

International Shipping:

• Unfortunately, We do not currently offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

Warm Weather Shipping

Because Lumara Lotus products are made with natural oils and butters, they may soften or melt during transit in warmer months.
To protect your items:

• We may use insulated or protective packaging during hot seasons

• If melting occurs, simply refrigerate the product for 10–20 minutes to restore texture

This does not affect product quality or performance.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We want you to receive your products safely.

• Lumara Lotus is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received, or for delays caused by the carrier.

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly assist with a replacement or store credit.

Incorrect Shipping Information

• Lumara Lotus is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.
