All Sales Are Final

Because our products are handcrafted, natural, and made in small batches, all sales are final. For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any body oils, whipped shea butters, or other personal care products.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’re here to help!

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.


Allergy & Sensitivity Disclaimer

Our products are made with natural oils and butters. We encourage customers to review all ingredients before purchasing.
Lumara Lotus is not responsible for allergic reactions, but we’re happy to answer any ingredient questions before you order.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of purchase as long as they have not begun processing. After this window, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
