Thank you for choosing Lumara Lotus. We take pride in handcrafting premium body oils, shea butters, and natural wellness products with care. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how your order moves from our studio to your doorstep.
Processing Time
All Lumara Lotus products are freshly prepared in small batches.

Processing Time: 2–4 business days

During high-volume periods (holidays, sales, restocks), processing may extend to 5–7 business days.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and chosen shipping method.
Standard Shipping (U.S.):

Delivery: 3–7 business days after processing
Expedited Shipping (U.S.):

Delivery: 1–3 business days after processing
International Shipping:
- Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.
Warm Weather Shipping
Because Lumara Lotus products are made with natural oils and butters, they may soften or melt during transit in warmer months.
To protect your items:

We may use insulated or protective packaging during hot seasons

If melting occurs, simply refrigerate the product for 10–20 minutes to restore texture
This does not affect product quality or performance.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We want you to receive your products safely.

Lumara Lotus is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received, or for delays caused by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly assist with a replacement or store credit.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout.

Lumara Lotus is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Because we begin processing orders quickly:

Changes or cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order.

After that window, we cannot modify or cancel the order.
