1. Are your products handmade?

Yes! Every body oil and whipped shea butter is handcrafted in small batches. We take careful, sanitary, and precise steps from start to finish to ensure each product meets our high standards of quality and freshness.


2. What ingredients do you use?

We use high-quality, skin-loving ingredients such as natural oils, raw shea butter, and clean fragrance or essential oils. Our formulas are crafted to be gentle, moisturizing, and safe for daily use.


3. Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Our products are made with moisturizing, gentle ingredients, but everyone’s skin is unique. If you have very sensitive skin, we recommend doing a small patch test before full use.


4. How should I store my products?

Store your body oils and whipped shea butters in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Extreme heat may melt the whipped texture of shea butter—this is normal and does not affect product quality.


5. What if my whipped shea butter melts?

Because our whipped butters are natural and fluffy, they may melt in warm temperatures. If this happens, simply place the jar in a cool area or refrigerator to firm it back up. The texture may change, but the benefits remain the same.


6. How long do your products last?

Our products are best used within 12 months of purchase. Keep the lids tightly closed and avoid introducing water into the containers to extend shelf life.


7. Is there a difference between your body oils and whipped shea butters?

Yes!

  • Body Oils: Lightweight, fast-absorbing, and perfect for daily hydration and a radiant glow.

  • Whipped Shea Butters: Rich, creamy, and ideal for deep moisture, dry skin, and long-lasting softness.

Many customers love using both—oil after a shower and butter at night!


8. Do you offer custom scents or unscented options?

We currently offer a curated selection of signature scents. If you’re interested in unscented or custom options, feel free to contact us—availability may vary by season.


9. Are your products safe for children?

Many parents use our shea butter on their children, but always check ingredients and perform a patch test first. For babies or toddlers, unscented options are recommended.


10. How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days, as all items are handcrafted. Shipping time depends on your location and carrier speed. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.


11. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns once items are opened. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will make it right.


12. Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.


13. Do we ship internationally? 

We do not currently offer international shipping, but we are working on an affordable shipping opinion for those interested in purchasing outside of the U.S.
